Make Up Policy
Missed Classes
Missed classes must be scheduled through the Parent Portal. No drop-ins will be allowed. All make-ups must be done during a paid session. All make-ups must be completed in the current session; however, you may carry over makeup classes in the next session as long as you have registered and paid for the next session. You lose your make-ups once you drop from the program.
If you schedule a makeup in the parent portal, but are a no show, the makeup is used. If you are not going to attend a scheduled makeup, you must cancel in the parent portal or email the office within 24 hours before the class time.
Payment Policies
Tuition Class fees are paid on a per-session basis. Tuition is due prior to the first class of each session. We do not offer trial classes. A late fee of $25 will be charged if payment is received after the first class of the new session and will be strictly enforced. There will be a $20 charge on all NSF checks. NO REFUNDS OF TUITION. Prorating will only be allowed for new mid session registration. Any drop from the program must be in written form via email to office@metzlersgymnastics.com and must be received prior to the next session beginning.
Annual Registration Fee
Recreational Classes
Year-round (September – August, charged School Year Session 1) = $25
Summer sessions only (July – August, charged with new enrollment or Summer Session 1) = $10 Per Student, charged Annual as a membership fee the first session of the School Year. If paid $10 for summer, $15 will be charged for remainder of year.
Non-Compete Team
Year-round (September-August, charged School Year Session 1) = $50
DISCOUNTS: 2nd family member (etc.) is eligible to receive a 10% discount.
Class Attire Requirements
| GIRLS Leotards, Footless Tights may be worn in colder weather, hair pulled back and off the face. No jewelry. | BOYS Shorts, T-shirts or Sweatsuits |
Metzlers reserves the right to combine classes or cancel any sessions that do not fill up.
